2. Consultation Services

2.1 Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with your consultation service, please let us know within 7 days of your appointment. We will work with you to address your concerns and, if necessary, offer a follow-up consultation at no additional cost.

2.2 Cancellation and Refund Policy

Our cancellation and refund policy for consultation services is as follows:

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.
• No-shows will be charged the full service cost with no refund provided.

If we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer you the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

3. Personal Shopping Services

3.1 Return Policy for Items Purchased During Personal Shopping

For items purchased during our personal shopping service, the return policy of the individual retailers applies. We will assist you in understanding these policies before making purchases and can help facilitate returns if needed, but we cannot guarantee that all items will be returnable.

3.2 Personal Shopping Fee Refunds

The fee for our personal shopping service is for our time and expertise, not for the items purchased. This fee is non-refundable once the service has been provided, regardless of whether you keep the items purchased.

4. Gift Cards and Packages

4.1 Gift Card Refunds

Gift cards for our services are non-refundable but are transferable to another person and valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

4.2 Package Refunds

If you purchase a package of multiple services and wish to cancel before all services have been used, we will refund the unused portion minus any applicable discounts that were applied for purchasing a package.

If you have a concern about our services that cannot be resolved through our standard refund and satisfaction policies, we are committed to finding a fair resolution. Please contact us to discuss your concerns, and we will work with you to reach a satisfactory outcome.
